Michelle Bridget Evans
Juvenile Dependency, Guardianship and Adoption Attorney
Michelle Bridget Evans has many years in the legal field representing adopting parents, foster parents, biological parents, and guardians. She is admitted to practice law in California and in the Federal District Court, Central District of California and has been practicing for over 12 years in the Central and South Coast of California. Her unique combination of zealous advocacy, personal attention, highly proficient technical knowledge, and strong work ethic makes her a favorite amongst her clients.
Ms. Evans graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor degree in Business Economics and a minor in Technical Writing. She received her law degree from the Santa Barbara and Ventura College of Law, where she achieved the highest course grade in Legal Writing and was a member and officer of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. While attending law school, she worked full-time as a Certified Paralegal.
She has co-lectured to the legal community on methods of termination of parental rights, as well as lectured to the foster parent community on the nuances of the dependency court system.
Her hobbies include adventure vacations, dirt bike riding, snowboarding, and competing in Field Trials with the family Weimaraner, Bullet.
